The 10+ private homes we've completed in Beykoz, overlooking the Bosphorus, represent one of Bomanite Türkiye's most substantial residential portfolios.
On each project, our team designed and installed both the exterior and garden surfaces and the private pool terraces. Stamped and Exposed Aggregate systems were applied in light-toned finishes that stay cool under the Bosphorus sun.

Site Survey
Pool geometry, drainage and load conditions assessed on site. System and colour recommendation prepared.

Sub-Base Prep
Correct compaction, reinforcement placement and drainage planning creates the foundation for a lasting surface.
03
Pour & Finish
Bespoke mix concrete poured; pattern, aggregate or Grasscrete infill applied to the fresh surface.
04
Cure & Seal
Chlorine and UV-resistant sealer applied. Surface is fully ready for use within 48 hours.
