The Process
How It Works

Surface Preparation
The substrate is cleaned, levelled and primed to create the optimum bonding surface.

Binder Mixing
UV-stable polyurethane binder is mixed with natural pebble aggregates in the correct ratio to achieve a homogeneous blend.

Stone Broadcast
The blended mix is spread evenly across the surface at consistent depth to create a seamless finish.

Rolling & Curing
Surface is rolled to compact the pebbles and left to cure fully, locking each stone permanently in place.
